🕐 Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 10 AM–6 PM

👤 Reporting: Team Leader / Sales Manager

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Assigned area mein daily market/field visits karna.

Shops, cafés, restaurants, salons, clinics, gyms, offices & other businesses ko approach karna.

Business owners ko Static LED Advertising Program ke benefits explain karna.

Interested merchants ko onboard karna aur required documents collect karna.

Merchant agreements & onboarding process complete karna.

Authorized digital payment methods ke through onboarding fees collect karna.

CRM/App par daily visits, leads, onboarding status & payments update karna.

Installation team ke saath coordinate karke smooth setup ensure karna.

Daily sales/field activity report Team Leader ko submit karna.

🎯 Daily Expectations & KPIs:

10–15 merchant visits daily

Lead generation & follow-ups

Merchant onboarding conversion

Monthly sales target achievement

Accurate CRM reporting

Good communication & convincing skills

Confident and target-oriented

Field work & daily travelling ke liye comfortable

Merchant/business owners se professionally deal karne ki ability
