Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by building strong client relationships and generating new opportunities. The role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, networking, and outreach
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
3. Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
4. Conduct client meetings and follow-ups
5. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
7. Maintain proper sales reports and CRM updates
Requirements:
1. 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
4. Self-motivated and target-oriented
5. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
Preferred:
1. Experience in gifting/lifestyle / FMCG / corporate sales
2. Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
