Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Interior Design & Turnkey Projects

We are looking for an Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote Plusho Designs’ interior design and turnkey solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field marketing activities.

• Visit residential societies, builder floors, apartments, and commercial spaces.

• Meet builders, architects, contractors, real estate consultants, and channel partners.

• Distribute company brochures, catalogs, and marketing materials.

• Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.

• Collect client requirements and schedule meetings with the design team.

• Follow up with leads until closure.

• Maintain daily visit reports and lead records in CRM/Excel.

• Represent Plusho Designs professionally at exhibitions and promotional events.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Confident personality with a customer-first approach.

• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.

• Comfortable with field travel.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Google

Salary Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹25000–₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Fuel/Travel Allowance

• Mobile Allowance
