🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at HR Construction Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, and driving sales growth in the construction and interiors segment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, and clients regularly
Present and promote company services to potential customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for Project finalisation
🔹 Requirements
Proven experience in field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel locally on a daily basis
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
🔹 Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma ,2ND PU,10th
🔹 Experience
6 Months-1 years in field sales (Freshers with strong interest can also apply)
