Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales. The role involves regular client visits, lead generation, and maintaining strong business relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through field visits and networking

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Convert leads into business opportunities

• Conduct product presentations and explain offerings effectively

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (B2B preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings

• Own 2-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building materials / laminates industry

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
