Field Sales Executive – Business Loan
We are hiring Field Sales Executives for a leading NBFC/Financial Services Company in Malad West, Mumbai. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
The role involves meeting DSA/Channel Partners, generating Business Loan leads, developing new business relationships, conducting market visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet existing DSA and Channel Partners
Generate Business Loan leads through the DSA network
Develop new DSA/Channel Partner relationships
Conduct regular market visits and lead-generation activities
Follow up with prospects and business partners
Achieve monthly business targets
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Job Requirements:
Graduate preferred
Freshers are welcome to apply
0–5 years of experience
BFSI/NBFC/B2B Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
Willingness to work in field sales
Target-oriented approach
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand/month
Additional: ₹1,500 location/travel allowance
