Salary & Incentives:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + performance incentives up to ₹10,000

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to handle Cadbury product sales in the assigned area. The role involves visiting retail outlets, taking orders, ensuring product availability, and building strong relationships with shop owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores daily and take orders for Cadbury products

• Ensure proper display and visibility of products at outlets

• Achieve monthly sales targets and growth

• Develop and maintain good relations with retailers

• Collect payments as per company policy

• Track stock availability and inform for timely replenishment

• Report daily sales and market feedback to supervisor

• Support new outlet addition in the route

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Experience in FMCG/field sales preferred (fresher can also apply)

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license

• Good communication skills in Odia and basic English/Hindi

• Ready to travel in the assigned area daily

• Smart, active, and target-oriented
