Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Salesman – Penguin Clogs (Footwear)

Location: Gurgaon (Field + Retail Market)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and street-smart salesman to expand Penguin Clogs presence in Gurgaon market. The role involves visiting retail footwear shops, generating orders, and building strong relationships with shopkeepers.

Key Responsibilities

Visit footwear shops daily in assigned areas (door-to-door field sales)

Generate new retailers / dealers and onboard them

Take orders and ensure secondary sales growth �

Display and promote Penguin clogs in stores (visibility & merchandising)

Achieve monthly sales targets �

Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues

Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends

Maintain daily reporting of visits, orders, and collections

Requirements

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience in footwear / FMCG / retail sales preferred (Freshers can apply)

Good communication & convincing skills

Comfortable with field work (travel within Gurgaon)

Own bike preferred (fuel allowance can be added)

Working Days & Timing

6 days working

10 AM – 7 PM (flexible as per market)
