🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Jodhpur location. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business Development

Identify and generate new leads through market research, site visits, and networking

Develop strategies to expand customer base in Jodhpur and nearby areas

Explore new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments

🔹 Sales & Revenue

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Promote and sell company products

Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales

🔹 Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and contractors

Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

🔹 Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Provide feedback to management for product and pricing improvements

🔹 Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (operations, installation, accounts)

Ensure timely delivery and project execution

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Experience: 1–5 years in Sales / Business Development

Experience in building materials / construction industry is a plus

Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply
