Candidates will be trained in product application, conducting trial & entire sales process. Person will be trained in VALUE SELLING METHODOLOGY.
We are looking for a SALES ENGINEER who will assist proprietor & multinational sales managers to grow sales. The candidate will be a part of team to implement strategy to drive PROFITABLE GROWTH by increasing customer base by generating leads, opening up opportunity for trial, pre-trial data collection, conduct trial, show value, convert to sale & sustain sale. As the application is specialty process chemical, we do not expect candidate to generate lead but company expect candidate to help in sales process. Candidate is responsible for logistic management & collecting payments on-time to reduce outstandings.
