Field Sales Executive

A Field Sales Executive for Gravity Bath products in the B2B segment will drive revenue by identifying, pitching to, and securing partnerships with architects, builders, developers, and sanitary ware retailers. The role requires daily field visits, product demonstrations, negotiation, and relationship management to meet monthly sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Client Acquisition: Actively identify and generate leads through field visits to developers, construction sites, architects, and designers.

• Product Promotion & Sales: Conduct demonstrations of Gravity Bath sanitary ware, fittings, and accessories to showcase quality and design.

• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and value targets within the assigned territory.

• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with dealers, retailers, and institutional clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, price trends, and new construction projects in the region.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visits, client feedback, and sales, reporting directly to management. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably within the sanitary ware, bath fittings, or construction industry.

• Education: under Graduate ,Graduate or Diploma in any field; MBA in Marketing is a plus.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Requirements: Proficiency in local language/Hindi (marwadi/gujarati is plus) ,a presentable personality, and a two-wheeler with a valid license. 

Location/Travel:

• Requires frequent travel within the assigned region.
