About the Role

Gopal Chanachur is looking for a Field Sales Executive to grow our retail presence across Kolkata. You will be responsible for visiting retail shops, introducing our FMCG products, acquiring new retailers, and generating repeat orders from existing retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops regularly within the assigned sales area/beat.

• Identify and approach new retailers who can stock Gopal Chanachur products.

• Introduce our products, explain pricing, and convince shopkeepers to place orders.

• Generate new retailer accounts and achieve regular sales/orders.

• Visit existing retailers and generate repeat orders.

• Build strong relationships with shopkeepers and understand their requirements.

• Follow up on payments and outstanding orders where required.

• Maintain daily records of shop visits, orders, new retailers, collections, and market feedback.

What We Are Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales; FMCG/retail sales experience preferred.

• Own two-wheeler and valid 2-wheeler driving licence.

• Comfortable travelling across assigned areas and visiting multiple shops every day.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Bengali and Hindi preferred.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work in the field.

Key Objective:

Increase the number of active retailers and generate consistent repeat sales in the assigned territory.
