Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Executives (FSEs) across Odisha for our rooftop solar business under the PM Surya Ghar segment.

The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining rooftop solar solutions, conducting follow-ups, and converting qualified customers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage customer leads in your hometown

Conduct field visits and meet residential customers

Explain rooftop solar solutions and the applicable scheme process

Follow up with interested customers

Coordinate for site surveys and quotations

Achieve monthly sales and lead targets

Maintain daily activity and sales reports

Requirements

12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication and convincing skills

Smartphone with internet

Willingness to work in the field

Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory

Candidates from Odisha only

Candidates should preferably work in their hometown/local area

💰 Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000/Month

+ Attractive ₹ 50,000 Incentives

🎯 Minimum Lead Target: 5 Qualified Leads
