Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of TMT (Thermo Mechanically Treated) bars. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strong business relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and infrastructure companies, and achieving sales targets through effective market coverage and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for TMT products.
Identify new B2B clients such as construction companies, real estate developers, government contractors, and industrial buyers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and field visits.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and payment collection.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and customer satisfaction standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel, construction materials, or TMT segment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of the local construction market and dealer network.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
