🚨 Urgent Hiring | Leading Fintech Company – PhonePe

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: PAN India

💼 Job Details:

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 (based on location & experience)

• Fuel Allowance: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000

• Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹20,000 (performance-based)

• Career Growth: Promotion opportunities within 3 months (based on performance)

• Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed)

• Salary Credit Date: 1st of every month

🧾 Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Relevant field sales experience required (preferably in fintech or merchant acquisition)

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass

• Age Limit: 18 – 35 years

• Mandatory Documents: PAN Card

• Vehicle: Two-wheeler required

### 📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new merchants and maintain existing relationships

• Conduct regular field visits to assigned customer locations

• Promote and sell PhonePe devices such as Smart Boxes and Sound Boxes

• Achieve sales targets and ensure merchant satisfaction

• Assigned based on the candidate’s current residential location
