Job Responsibilities

Merchant Onboarding: Identify and acquire new retail partners.

Market Growth: Develop assigned territories and scale the network.

Tech Installation: Suggest and install PhonePe Soundbox elements.

Relationship Management: Revisit existing merchants to provide top-tier service.

Financial Services: Introduce Lending solutions based on merchant needs.

Target Driven: Consistently achieve monthly sales and activation goals.

Who Can Apply?

Education: 12th Pass or above.

Experience: Minimum 6 months in FMCG or Fintech sales.

Mandatory: Must own a Bike and have a valid Driving License.

Skills: Strong communication and field-sales grit.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary Upto: ₹19,000+ PF + ESIC.
