💼 Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through outbound/cold calling.

• Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.

• Explain and promote products/services to prospective clients.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings.

• Visit clients on the field and develop business opportunities.

• Convince clients and close sales deals.

• Onboard new clients.

• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

• Maintain basic records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of sales and business development.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good command of English and regional language.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and field visits.
