FIELD SALES JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part Time

Experience: Fresher or any

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + 3000 petrol allowance

For Part Time :-Rs. 650 for Per Partner Onboarding plus petrol allowance

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers in assigned areas

Promote logistics and freight services of the company

Generate new business leads and close sales

Maintain relationships with existing clients

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Submit daily field visit and sales reports to the manager

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate

Good communication and convincing skills

Willingness to work in the field

Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
