Job Type: Part-time, Field Work
FR-8 Logistics is a truck transportation company. We are hiring Field Sales Executives to go into the field, meet truck drivers, explain the FR-8 app, and complete their onboarding so they can get connected to the company platform. Field sales and driver onboarding roles commonly involve direct driver interaction, app explanation, and registration support.
*Responsibilities*
- Visit truck drivers in different areas of Kolkata.
- Explain the benefits and usage of the FR-8 Logistics app.
- Help drivers register and complete onboarding on the app.
- Assist with document collection and basic app setup.
- Share regular updates on completed onboarding
*Payment Structure*
For the first 5 onboardings, the candidate will receive **INR 650 + INR 500 petrol allowance per onboarding**. After the first 5 onboardings, the candidate will receive **INR 650 per onboarding only**, and **no petrol allowance** will be provided. Payment will be made on a **weekly basis**, and there is **no fixed target**.
