We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of our corporate shuttle services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, meeting clients on-site, and closing deals with HR/admin/transport heads of companies.
Identify and generate leads through market research, cold visits, networking, and referrals.
Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch shuttle services to HR/Admin/Facility teams of businesses.
Understand client requirements and suggest customized shuttle solutions.
Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close contracts.
Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.
Collaborate with operations and support teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Maintain sales pipeline and report daily/weekly activity to the sales manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B services, logistics, or transport.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Experience in employee transportation, logistics, or mobility solutions.
Network with HR/Admin heads in industrial areas or tech parks.
