Cielo Coatings is looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Person to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The role involves visiting furniture manufacturers, painters, contractors, hardware stores, and paint dealers to promote our range of paints, wood coatings, and thinners.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new customers to generate sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Visit clients regularly to present products and explain their benefits.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

• Coordinate with the office for order processing and timely deliveries.

• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.

• Prior field sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
