About the Role
Fabric N Fabric is looking for a driven Field Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling women’s western wear across India. This role is for someone who is already active in the market, understands multi-city wholesale and retail dynamics, and is comfortable being on the road most of the month to build and convert strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and grow an active customer base across India for women’s western wear, including tops, shirts, and corsets

• Travel extensively across assigned regions to meet existing and potential clients

• Convert leads into regular buyers through in-person meetings and follow-ups

• Build long-term relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent market visits

• Share regular market feedback on pricing, trends, and customer preferences

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current, relevant experience in field sales of women’s garments

• Proven experience handling clients across multiple Indian states

• Strong exposure to regular market visits and on-ground sales conversions

• Willingness to travel 18–20 days per month across India

• Ability to independently generate sales and close deals

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Deep understanding of women’s western wear market

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
