Job Description: Field SALES – Excitel Broadband

Client: Excitel Broadband

We are hiring a Field Boy to join our sales team for Excitel Broadband. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in field sales, capable of building strong customer relationships, and motivated to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

The candidate will be responsible for advertising Excitel Broadband services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting them into customers through various sales methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field sales and advertisement activities on a daily basis

• Complete weekly and monthly sales targets

• Close sales through cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits

• Identify potential customers and generate new leads

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to increase conversions

• Maintain and update customer and lead databases

• Report daily performance, feedback, and sales metrics to management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0 – 0.5 years (Freshers can apply)

• Experience in ISP/Broadband sales is a plus

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use technology effectively

• Willingness to work in the field and handle sales pressure

Salary & Benefits:

💰 CTC Range:
₹19,382 – ₹30,806 (PF + Medical Insurance + Incentives)

• Fresher: ₹19,382 (PF + Medical Insurance + Incentives)

• More than 1 year ISP Experience: ₹23,204 (PF + Medical Insurance + Incentives)

• More than 2 years ISP Experience: ₹26,500 (PF + Medical Insurance + Incentives)

• 👉 In-hand salary ranges between ₹15,000 – ₹23,000+ depending on experience and performance
