Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Broadband Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Freshers who are eager to build a career in sales are also welcome.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell broadband and internet service plans to potential customers.Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and follow-ups.Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.Conduct site surveys when required and coordinate with the installation team.Prepare daily sales reports and update customer information in the system.Skills & RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided).Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Positive attitude, confidence, and a strong desire to achieve targets.Must be comfortable with field sales.Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).BenefitsCompetitive salary (₹19,000 – ₹30,000) based on performance and experience.Medical benefits provided.Provident Fund (PF) included.Attractive incentives and growth opportunities.Training and skill development programs.
