Job Description - SOLAR POWER PLANT (EPC)
B2C (Business to Customer)

We’re looking for result oriented Sales Executives to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Company Profile Exajoule is a manufacturing company of LED Street Light and Solar Home Lightning System. We are in a trading business of all kind of solar products. We work as EPC (System Integrator) of Solar Power Plant for domestic, commercial, institutional purpose.

Job Responsibilities-  Generate new Leads & identifying new clients through various channels.  Contact the clients for scheduled site visits & generate interest in our product & service.  Qualifying leads based on criteria & ensuring they are ready for Sales engagement.  Responsible for PMSGBMY registration and apply for loan.  Specific revenue goals set for individual sales teams, often broken down by timeframes (monthly, quarterly, annually).  Actively identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels like networking, cold calling, marketing campaigns, and referrals.  Responsible to take report of deputed sales executives and motivate them to achieve sales target aggressively.  Measurable indicators like sales conversion rate, average deal size, customer retention rate, and overall sales target achievement percentage used to evaluate performance.  Building & maintaining strong relationship with New and existing clients.  Addressing customers concerns and resolving issue promptly and assign to concern department.  Preparing and follow up regular sales visits reports & maintain it on daily basis.  Creating comprehensive daily sales reports with clear visualizations to highlight key performance indicators.  Managing the process of responding to Requests for Proposal, ensuring timely submission while adhering to all required specifications.  Continuously improve through feedback.
