Marketing Executive – Fintech at Karnataka

Profile Summary:-
Results-driven sales and marketing professional with 1–3 years of experience in fintech, BFSI, or related sectors. Proven ability in lead generation, client onboarding, and relationship management, with a strong understanding of digital financial products and customer-centric sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:-
1:- Acquire and onboard retailers, SMEs, and merchants for fintech solutions such as digital payments, lending, and invoice financing
2:- Conduct product demos, customer training, and manage KYC/documentation
3:- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
4:- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service, disbursement, or technical issues
5:- Capture market insights and customer feedback

Key Skills & Requirements:-
1:- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Knowledge of financial services (UPI, loans, credit products)
2:- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
3:- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Finance (MBA/PGDM preferred)
4:- Experience in fintech/BFSI/NBFC or telecom field sales preferred
5:- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
6:- Willingness to travel; comfortable with digital and app-based platforms
