Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company services, and closing sales to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit clients and businesses for sales meetings and presentations

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and networking

• Promote company services and explain product benefits to clients

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Follow up with prospective clients and close deals

• Prepare daily sales reports and update management regularly

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients

• Represent the company professionally in the market

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing

• Must be confident in client interaction and field work

• Bike & valid driving license preferred

• Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
