Field Sales Executive – Plastic Packaging (B2B)

Manufacturer of plastic bottles, jerry cans, caps & closures
Ahmedabad GIDC Area
(Vatva, Naroda, Odhav, Changodar, Sanand, etc.)
To generate new B2B customers and build long-term business relationships by physically visiting factories in Ahmedabad GIDC and promoting Elham MultiPlast LLP’s plastic packaging products.
Visit factories in assigned GIDC clusters on a daily basis
Pitch company products to potential customers
Identify and meet purchase managers, owners, and plant heads
Understand and collect customer requirements such as size, weight, quantity, and application
Carry and present physical product samples
Explain product features, applications, and material options
Coordinate sample dispatch when required
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers
Coordinate with the internal team for:
Quotations
Sample approvals
Order confirmations
Support payment coordination and dispatch follow-ups as per company policy
Maintain daily visit and inquiry reports
Share market feedback related to:
Customer requirements
Competitor activity
Pricing trends
Update management on weekly progress
1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales
Experience in plastic, packaging, chemicals, FMCG, pharma, or industrial products preferred
Comfortable with factory visits and field sales activities
Good communication skills
Gujarati & Hindi: Mandatory
English: Basic working knowledge
Two-wheeler mandatory
Willingness to travel daily within Ahmedabad GIDC areas
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and email
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
