We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field outreach and communicate with potential clients in person.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the company.
Build and maintain professional relationships during field interactions.
Follow up with prospects and share regular updates with the team.
Maintain daily records of visits, meetings, and activities.
Represent the company professionally during all field engagements.

Job Requirements:

Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi and English).
Confident and comfortable interacting with new people.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area for field visits.
Self-motivated with a proactive work attitude.
Basic understanding of sales or customer interaction (freshers can apply).
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
