About the Role
We are looking for a driven and street-smart Field Sales Executive to join our on-ground sales team. This is a high-energy, field-first role where you will be directly responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships, and expanding Eazeebox's presence across target markets in Bangalore. If you love being on the move, meeting people, and closing deals — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit potential customers, retailers, and businesses daily across assigned territories • Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, cold visits, and referrals • Pitch Eazeebox's products and services to prospective clients and convert them into customers • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers • Collect market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback • Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support to improve customer satisfaction • Submit daily field reports, visit logs, and sales updates to the reporting manager • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Requirements
• Must own a 2-wheeler and hold a valid Driving Licence (DL) • Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus • Active, energetic, and comfortable with extensive daily travel across the city • Street-smart with strong persuasion, negotiation, and people skills • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently • Basic smartphone literacy — ability to use apps, WhatsApp, and reporting tools • Prior experience in electrical, FMCG, telecom, or related product sales is preferred What We Offer • Travel allowance and field expense reimbursements • Performance-based incentives and monthly bonuses • Fast-track growth opportunities in a high-growth B2B startup • Supportive team environment with structured onboarding and training
