Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell SBM Novio Credit Cards to eligible customers.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market activities.
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Assist customers in completing application forms and collecting required documents.
Ensure accurate KYC documentation and timely submission.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and status updates.
Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, Banking Sales, Credit Card Sales, Personal Loans, Financial Products, or Direct Sales.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Credit Card, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Product Sales will be preferred.
Ability to meet sales targets consistently.
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (or as per business requirements)
Weekly Off: As per company policy.
