Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and culturally aware Sales Executive to promote and sell Pooja Essentials and Panchgavya Products. The role involves developing relationships with retailers, temples, spiritual centers, distributors, and individual customers, while expanding market presence for traditional and natural products rooted in Indian heritage. The ideal candidate understands religious practices, customer sentiments, and value-based selling.

💻•Key Responsibilities•

Promote and sell Pooja Essentials (incense sticks, diyas, samagri, oils, cotton wicks, etc.) and Panchgavya Products (cow-based natural products)

Develop and maintain relationships with temples, mutts, ashrams, pooja stores, ayurvedic stores, organic stores, and distributors

Identify new sales opportunities in local and regional markets

Visit retail outlets, religious institutions, and wholesalers regularly

Explain product benefits, usage, purity, and traditional significance to customers

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery coordination

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market demand

Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports

Support promotional activities during festivals, religious events, and special occasions

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience

Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in traditional or spiritual product sales may also apply

Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage distributor/retailer relationships is an advantage

Qualification

Minimum education: HSC/Diploma/ Degree in any stream preferred

Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling

Comfortable with field sales and frequent travel within assigned territory

Honest, disciplined, and respectful towards cultural and religious sentiments

Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile sales apps (preferred)
