Customer Acquisition & Sales Growth: Drive new customer acquisition and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the brand in client interactions and promotional activities, ensuring a consistent and positive image.
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with the local market in Pune is a plus.
