Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert prospective leads into paying customers
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, managers & PG operators
- Conduct property visits and pitch offerings in person
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals with a solution-selling approach
- Maintain sales funnel and daily updates via CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine pitch and feedback loops
- Represent in local markets, events, and partnership activations
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience (field sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, English or Hindi (at least 2 languages preferred) + Marathi would also be great
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in Proptech/Real Estate/SMB SaaS sales is a plus
- Must own a laptop and personal two-wheeler
- Comfortable with extensive on-field sales and travel within city limits
