About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives who are comfortable working on the field every day, generating leads independently, meeting potential clients, and converting them into business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through market visits, networking, and direct client approach.

• Visit businesses, brands, agencies, and potential clients regularly.

• Meet decision-makers and understand their requirements.

• Present our advertising solutions and business opportunities.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline.

• Explore new markets and identify potential business opportunities.
  

Requirements:

• Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of sales experience can apply.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Comfortable with daily field work and client meetings.

• Self-motivated and willing to travel within the assigned location.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
