Job Description – Field Sales
Position: Field Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Experience: 3–4 Years
Industry: Sanitaryware / Construction Materials
Location: Ludhiana
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales professional with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the Sanitaryware or Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities through field visits.
• Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, architects, and project sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new markets and potential customers.
• Handle product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer visit records.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and outstanding collection from customers.
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of relevant Field Sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience specifically in Sanitaryware / Bathroom Fittings / Construction Materials / Building Materials will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and dealer/distributor network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Should be comfortable with extensive field visits and client meetings.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates currently working or having prior experience with Sanitaryware, Tiles, CP Fittings, Bath Fittings, Pipes, Construction Materials, TMT, Cement, Building Materials or related industries will be preferred.
