Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive with a strong background in outdoor sales. The role requires identifying new opportunities, engaging directly with clients, promoting products or services, and consistently meeting sales targets. Candidates must be self-motivated, persuasive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing customers to present products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service support.
Continuously upgrade product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.

• Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
