Job Summary

Dr Awish Dermacare Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote clinic services through direct field marketing and lead generation. The role involves visiting potential partners, building local networks, and converting leads into clinic appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Generate leads through field visits in nearby residential and commercial areas

• Visit salons, gyms, spas, corporate offices, and other potential partner locations

• Promote clinic services and special offers to potential clients

Sales & Conversion

• Convert interested prospects into clinic appointments or consultations

• Encourage customers to visit the clinic for treatments and consultations

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Partnership Development

• Develop tie-ups with salons, beauty centers, gyms, and wellness centers

• Build relationships with local businesses to generate regular referrals

Brand Promotion

• Represent the clinic professionally during field visits

• Distribute promotional materials and explain services and treatments

• Increase awareness of clinic services in the local area

Reporting

• Maintain records of daily field visits, leads generated, and conversions

• Provide regular reports to the reporting manager

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or business development is preferred

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Willingness to travel locally for field marketing

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
