Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Monitor competitors’ activities and develop strategies to improve market presence.
Provide feedback and reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Tender Management: Extensive knowledge of different bidding types: Normal Bids, Bunch Bids, Reverse Auctions, and Custom Bids.
GeM Tender Knowledge for Sales & Marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in BA/BCom/BSC/ Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or relevant role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
