About Windpelle
Windpelle is a leading furniture manufacturing company specializing in high-quality residential, commercial, and office furniture solutions. We are looking for dynamic, confident, and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base and build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, and corporate clients.
Position: Field Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
1.Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
2.Visit architects, interior designers, furniture dealers, builders, contractors, and corporate offices to promote Windpelle's products.
3.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
4.Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
5.Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the design and production teams.
6.Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
7.Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
8.Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate customer records.
9.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
10.Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
1.Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
2.Freshers are welcome if they are confident, presentable, and willing to build a career in sales.
3.Candidates with prior experience will be considered only if they have worked in furniture sales or with an interior design company.
Mandatory Requirements
1.Must own a bike or two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for daily client visits.
2.Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
3.Good grooming and a professional appearance.
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
1.Passion for sales and customer relationship management.
2.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
3.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
4.Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
5.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
