Job Responsibilities
Visit companies, factories, offices and other businesses to generate B2B leads.
Meet HR, Admin, Operations, Procurement and business owners.
Explain the partner company's gadgets and partnership program.
Convince companies to allow their employees/workers to wear/use the gadgets.
Build and close B2B alliances and coordinate the onboarding process.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling and referrals.
Maintain strong relationships with partner companies.
Achieve assigned monthly sales/partnership targets.
Requirements
1–3+ years' experience in B2B/Corporate/Field Sales or Business Development.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Confident in meeting company decision-makers.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Existing local corporate/business contacts will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate: A confident, target-oriented field salesperson who can approach companies, build relationships and convert them into long-term B2B partners.
