Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth for Tiles, Bathware, and Sanitary Fittings in the assigned territory. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven approach while upholding the values of the Aditya Birla Group.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Revenue Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop territory-wise sales plans to maximize opportunities
Identify and convert new customers into long-term partners
🔹 Market Development
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
🔹 Channel Management
Manage retailers, distributors, and channel partners
Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper inventory at outlets
Drive channel engagement through schemes and promotions
🔹 Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular engagement with key customers
Handle queries, resolve complaints, and ensure after-sales support
Follow up on payments for timely collections
🔹 Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Knowledge of Tiles, Bathware, Sanitary Fittings, or Building Materials
Ability to influence architects, designers, contractors, and builders
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in building materials or related industries
Experience in Tiles, Bathware, or Sanitary Fittings preferred
Compensation & Benefits
💰 CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,20,000 per annum
