Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for the E-commerce Department. The candidate will be responsible for visiting vendors, onboarding new sellers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, increasing product listings, and driving sales growth through online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and knowledge of e-commerce operations and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new sellers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.

• Visit clients and vendors regularly to maintain strong business relationships.

• Promote company products and services to potential customers.

• Increase product listings and improve catalog presence on e-commerce platforms.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory updates, pricing, and dispatch.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collect market feedback and share insights with management.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

• Ensure timely payment collection from clients whenever required.

• Support promotional campaigns, offers, and sales activities.
