Field Sales Executive

Location:

• 1 Position – Kottayam

• 1 Position – Trivandrum / Kollam (South Kerala)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and travel-ready Sales Executives for our Tyre Distribution business in South Kerala. Freshers are preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience in the tyre or automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers: Preferred (must be willing to travel extensively)

• Experienced Candidates: Up to relevant experience in tyre/automotive/field sales

• Industry Preference: Tyre Industry experience is a plus

• Must be ready for extensive field travel

• Mandatory: Two-wheeler with valid driving license

• Strong communication and basic sales skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Field sales and market coverage in assigned territory

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct market visits, collect orders, and follow up on payments

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and support

Compensation

• Freshers:

  • CTC: ₹2.5 LPA

  • TA, DA & Incentives: Extra

• Experienced Candidates:

  • CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

  • TA, DA & Incentives: Extra

  • Final compensation will depend on experience level and field exposure

Preferred Location

• Candidates based in South Kerala are highly preferred
