Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (as per experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our Frozen Products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to generate orders, build strong market relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors daily to generate orders

• Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors

• Ensure proper product visibility and placement at outlets

• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Ensure timely payment collection from clients

• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in FMCG field sales & Frozen Food Industry experience is a plus (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of local market and retail network

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
