About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the office modular furniture segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting office furniture solutions to corporate clients, architects, interior designers, project consultants, and institutions.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills along with a strong understanding of the office interiors and furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities for office modular furniture solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, project management consultants, corporate clients, institutions, and real estate developers.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office furniture solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers as per client requirements.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with design, operations, and project execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in sales of office modular furniture, interior products, office solutions, building materials, or related industries.
Strong network with architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and consultants will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and strong business acumen.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
