Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our hookah products in the Karnal market. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing retailers, and increasing brand visibility through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, hookah lounges, cafés, and wholesalers in Karnal

• Promote and sell company hookah products

• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements

• Ensure proper product display and branding at retail points

• Coordinate with the franchise store for orders, stock, and deliveries

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in Field Sales (FMCG, Tobacco, Lifestyle, or Hookah industry preferred)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Strong knowledge of the local Karnal market

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

• Candidate Must have Two Wheeler

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of Working experience in field Sales
