Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, and promoting company products/services in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers in assigned territories to generate new business

• Explain products/services and convince customers to make purchases

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Follow up on leads and inquiries

• Collect customer feedback and share with the team

• Maintain records of visits, sales, and payments

• Report daily activities to the Sales Manager

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts

• Confidence and convincing ability

• Willingness to travel locally

• Positive attitude and self-motivation

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (any stream)

• Freshers can apply

• Bike & valid driving license (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office or smartphone apps
