Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-driven QR & Sound Box Sales Executives to expand our digital payment solutions network in Gorakhpur. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting QR Code and Sound Box payment solutions, and ensuring successful installation and activation at merchant locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants, retailers, shop owners, and businesses for onboarding.

• Promote and sell QR Code and Sound Box payment solutions.

• Explain product features, benefits, and digital payment advantages to merchants.

• Complete merchant onboarding and documentation processes.

• Ensure successful installation and activation of QR and Sound Box devices.

• Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

• Resolve basic merchant queries and coordinate with support teams when required.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, merchant visits, and sales activities.

• Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in field sales, fintech, telecom, banking, insurance, or merchant acquisition will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

• Local market knowledge of Gorakhpur is preferred.
