Position: Territory Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Carcall is expanding its retail partner network across Bangalore and is looking for motivated Territory Field Sales Executives to onboard automobile retailers and strengthen our market presence. This field-based role involves building strong business relationships and driving partner acquisition across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit automobile-related businesses, including car accessory stores, bike service centers, tyre shops, garages, and other automotive retailers.

- Introduce Carcall's retailer partnership program and explain its benefits.

- Onboard retailers through the Carcall mobile application.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners.

- Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets.

- Maintain accurate records of field visits and retailer onboarding.

- Share market insights and regular updates with the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales or field marketing experience are welcome.

- Minimum qualification: High School, Diploma, or equivalent.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Kannada and basic English.

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bangalore.

- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications for reporting and task management.

- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
